As part of this prestigious interior refurbishment for one of the UK's leading car manufacturers, we were approached to assist with some key design and the manufacture of these new interior features for the interior of a new amazing space.

The large cone-like features are nearly 6m tall - they had to be lightweight, twin-skinned and particularly straight in shape. An internal framework was 3d modelled to ensure the fabric only touches at the top and bottom of the forms.

For a second atrium area, fabric fins form ceiling features for the cars below - drawing the eye and  containing the overhead lighting from back lit ceiling panels.

These panels - formed over rolled tube frames - vary in size up to around 6m x 6m. A twin skin fabric was printed to the perfect RAL colour and zipped over the complete unit.

Production was all done off site, pre-building the frames up in our works allowing us to finish the fabric to the final shape required.
