Large atriums are great for bringing in huge amounts of light to make interior spaces light and airy - but perhaps not ideal when you want a space to be more defined?
For the Marriot Hotel in Kensington, we detailed and manufactured 3 sails to help define the new atrium restaurant space, helping to lower light levels and reduce glare.
Fixings into to the existing steel beams and bulkhead were installed prior to finishing works to make sure the real structure could be found in each case.
