Over the summer holidays we installed several tensile fabric structures at this school in Tonbridge.

The first canopy is our classic 'Corona' conic canopy but in triple conic form to offer even more coverage outside their classroom. The fabric structure measures 17.4m x 7.7m and oversails the existing roof to the rear and to one end.

We chose a PVC coated polyester fabric for its excellent sun shading and waterproof qualities.

The addition of the canopies means that the pupils here will be able to play, learn and eat outside in all weathers - so it really opens up the outside space and extends the classroom.

The Corona canopy is one of our most popular and is ideal for spaces where multiple legs are not possible (and was named well before Covid!).
