For Gillespie Primary School, their canopy had to provide outside play space and be combined with a new high level deck that was also being installed.

The canopy was positioned close to the building, effectively extending from the classroom, meaning rain protection was continued.

The canopy was made from a combination of timber and steel nodes with white PVC coated polyester fabric.

A gutter detail was also incorporated around the perimeter of the canopy.
